Ihre Aufgaben:
- Maintaining pilot process area, equipment and utilities
- Preparing and performing laboratory-scale and pilot-scale manufacturing runs according to supervisor's instructions
- Timely and effective execution of manufacturing instructions
- Coordinate use of utilities and materials between pilot and main process
- Cross-training in clean room and process procedures
- Preparing media, utilities and equipment for pilot process
- Qualifying, cleaning and calibrating of equipment and utilities
- Collecting samples for hygiene monitoring of pilot process
- Carrying out manufacturing runs according to operating procedures and batch protocol
- Collecting in-process control samples for pilot manufacturing runs
- Support activities to enable cGMP-compliant pilot manufacturing
Ihre Qualifikation
- Technical degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology or engineering (CTA, BA, MTA, B. Eng. or equivalent)
- Work experience in biotechnological or biopharmaceutical manufacturing or process development
- Work experience in manufacturing or engineering in a cGMP environment
- Good communication and written skills
- Experience in molecular biology and/or protein analytics would be nice to have
- Experience with equipment calibration and qualification in a cGMP environment would be nice to have
- Fluent in english with good written skills would be nice to have
- Experience in electronic data processing would be nice to have
