We are looking for a Senior Change Manager/Change Practice Manager to lead major Business Transformation Strategy and Change projects for our extensive portfolio of Oil & Gas Operators. The core focus will be on Integrated Operations ie Digital Oilfield projects, in particular CWE/Collaborative Working Environments. You will have extensive experience working on Exploration and Production IT projects, and have a strong history of delivering key Organisational Behaviour Change projects. It is absolutely vital that you have the Oil & Gas Domain expertise in order to affect Change across our Global Technology Practices.
Practice Lead Change Manager key requirements:
-Oil & Gas Domain expertise
-Demonstrable experience of delivering key Change Projects within technology and Organisational Behaviour Transformation
-Ability to develop strategic and tactical Change initiatives
-Experience of developing communications and training strategy
-Ability to develop business and offer a Market leading Change proposition to current and prospective clients
-Impeccable Soft Skills; we are looking for someone who will be both a pleasure to work with, but also know when to push back and apply pressure to key Stakeholders
-Experience of group management
-A degree in either Change Management or Geo science/Petrochemistry would be highly desirable but not mandatory
