Responsibilities for the role:
Penta Consulting URGENTLY requires a Genesys Solution architect for design and implementation of Genesys 8 solutions into new and existing clients .
You will be required to have excellent customer facing skills and have a proven track record for the production of low level designs. You must be an experienced Genesys Consultant/Technical Specialist with hands-on experience of multiple, large scale Genesys environments. Knowledge of incident and change management principles is a plus.
You will be required to provide consultation to the end client and will have sound knowledge of business objectives and operation management. You must have good project management experience and excellent solution architectural skills as well as strong communication skills and the ability to be flexible when required.
