As part of its ongoing drilling activities, our client is looking to engage a number of additional personnel to participate in its challenging drilling programme.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Monitor the various FP referential technical resources, decide on relevance then distribute/dispatch to the various entities/project teams or individuals as required. Liaison with hierarchy as required.
Update the various Company referential required documents as and when required (blow-out plan, interface documents) as/when required to be adapted to new or revised FP Company rules and/or to new operational conditions.
Monitor TS/WCM well operations to ensure compliance with the Total Company rules and TEPUK CMS procedures. Liaise with the various project teams at engineer to Project leader level, review wellview daily drilling reports as required.
Participate to improving the skills and know-how of junior WCM staff by ensuring the cascade of information and knowledge from past Total well operations and from experience.
Monitor, follow, validate all WCM reporting by liaison & direct communication with Well Ops Supts, Well engineers, Well TA`s & Well Examiner.
Previous experience as a Senior Drilling or Well Intervention Engineer/Superintendent with a strong operational background and detailed knowledge of the following:- Well construction techniques and equipment, safety procedures for personnel and installations, group organisation, offshore drilling Rigs, UK Well Operations and safety regulations, SIMOPS, well and environmental safety, emergency procedures/preparedness and management of major emergencies and well control including advanced well control techniques.
Relevant professional experience in Drilling and/or Well Intervention operations is necessary.
Ability to learn and share knowledge.
