Role: Snr Business Analyst - Marketing Communications - RDR - London

Role Overview:
Comms Planning and Product Planning to ensure RDR compliance by December 2012 by ensuring advice charges are clearly presented to customers

Purpose Of Role:

  • Comms Planning and Product Planning
  • MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS
  • Write the marketing plan to deliver the requirements for October
  • Work with product, channel and comms to articulate and present the plans
  • Propose the brand, propositions and comms required for the launch.
  • Plan the elements required for the face to face and remote model eg EO.
  • Confirm the customer journeys are appropriate from a product perspective

Based on an approved product/offer specification, take forward the development of the customer proposition for each LBG brand. Defining with product how this is delivered via the sales process - or whether this needs to be enhanced/adapted for RDR requirements

Agree with brand Strategy the implications of RDR and how this plays out across each brand

Map the customer journeys for new and existing customers and defining what propositions are required to support customer understanding of the product and how this aligns to the sales process

Agree all product specifications work within the brand principles

  • Good interpersonal skills both internally and externally
  • Effective decision maker.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to understand complex data and the initiative to use this to drive performance improvement of programmes
  • Proven creative judgment essential, with the ability to direct and manage agencies.
  • Strong self organisation and prioritisation, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
  • A strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks within the financial services industry desirable.
  • A degree (or equivalent) in business management/marketing and professional qualification is highly desirable.

Any other information

  • Candidate will be based in London with travel to Haywards Heath office required to liaise with marketing Subject Matter Experts.
