My client has an URGENT requirement for a CRM and Insight Analyst. You will be analysing the customer database and recommending strategy to improve retention and acquisition. You will also be responsible for the development of their customer segmentation.
Experience/Skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Experienced user of SQL, Access & Excel
* Customer database management skills
* Customer segmentation and campaign experience
