IMS Accounting Data Analyst - Performance analysis - Reconciliation - client services up to £300 per day
An international investment bank is looking to recruit an IMS Accounting Data Analyst to be based in Central London for an initial 6 month period.
In this role you will be working within the Investment Manager Services (IMS) Team that provide operational support for investment manager clients. These services include; trade, accounting, client statement, client invoicing, performance and analytics, cash management and corporate action support. You will also be responsible for daily monitoring of all portfolio transactions and the production and maintenance of client related reports in line with the service level agreement. In addition, the completion of reconciliations, including cash, assets and valuations, identification and timely resolution of breaks, escalating where appropriate.
A good understanding of investment industry standards, company policies, departmental procedures and knowledge of and compliance to client service level agreements is required, along with an attention to detail, good numerical skills and the ability to work under pressure within set deadlines.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Previous accounting experience within the investment management industry
- Strong financial data analysis
- Previous experience of working within an Investment management services team
- Previous experience to working to tight deadlines
- Strong performance analysis and Reconciliations experience
