*CRM Salesforce.com Solution analyst, Paris, France.
On behalf of one of our customers based in Paris, France, we are urgently looking for 3 CRM Salesforce.com solution analysts to join an international CRM implementation programme.
This is an English speaking role only, a knowledge of French would be an advantage.
Please note that due to project commitments, applications from local candidates (commutable distance to Paris) will be considered first.
requirements gathering
design workshop
writing functional specifications
follow-up of technical design
follow-up of UAT testing
You will be required to have:
Experience working around CRM.
Good knowledge of salesforce.com
Good knowledge of customer relation management processes ( mandatory ) with focus on Customer Support or Field services
Delivery focused.
International exposure
The provision of services includes:
-Position papers
-Functional specifications
-Test scripts
This is a long term project, to start as soon as possible. Physical interviews possible next week.
