My client, a large facilities management organisation based in Central London has an immediate requirement for an interim HR Manager to join their organisation on a 3 - 6 month contract to assist with a large TUPE transfer.

The interim HR Manager will develop strong relationships with business leaders, departmental managers across the organisation.

  • Tribunal Cases
  • Employee Relations
  • Build effective relationships
  • Harmonisation of T&C's
  • Resolve Pension Issues

This role requires national travel on an ad hoc basis which will be fully expensed.

As the ideal candidate, you will be CIPD qualified, available at short notice and have considerable experience within TUPE.
