Description
I am currently working with a NHS organisation in the Yorkshire and Humber cluster who are seeking to appoint an interim HR Business Partner to pick up a key Workforce and Change support remit for at least an initial 6 months.
Reporting to the cluster HR and Workforce Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acting as a key Business Partner between all the cluster PCT's and the Acute Trusts in the region
- Responsible for consulting with at risk and affected Employees in the localities, Unions and Employers
- Support incoming and outgoing TUPE transfers within the cluster and with Local Authority partners
- Support current re-structure and re-deployment arrangements across the region
The successful applicant will also, ideally have experience of supporting procurement, large scale redundancy, redeployment and MARS (Mutual agreed resignation scheme) experience. This role will be initially for a period of 6 months and could run until the end of March 2013.
