Our client a key Government Agency has an immediate requirement for a Midrange Developer to work on a major project. The position is for an initial 6 month period with a possible 6 month extension.

The main responsibilities in this role will be;

• Review Functional Design documentation and escalate potential issues or gaps
• Complete required software build changes as per Functional Design and in accordance with the Build/Test processes and build checklists
• Create or update existing technical documentation
• Assist with investigation and analysis of software development issues
• Generate daily build reports and attend daily scrum meetings

To be considered for this role you will need experience with;

• Web Applications Development using a variety of languages and tools including; ASP .Net, VB.NET, Visual Studio, C#, SQL Server, XML/XSL, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, TFS and IIS
• Integration Applications Development using a variety of languages and tools including; SQL Server, C#, VB.NET, Visual Studio, WCF, XML/XSL, TFS, HTML, SOAP, Enterprise Library and Messaging/MQ Series.
