QUALITY & PROCESS ANALYST - Netherlands

Introduction

The sector Manufacturing is responsible both for the production and installation of wafer steppers and scanners, including planning and logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within this sector. The department PS (Production Support) is responsible for a.o. services on means, methods, tools, measurements, reports and improvement advices in order to support Manufacturing in the best possible way.

QUALITY & PROCESS ANALYST Ensure that management gets on time and accurate performance reports, presentations and steering information

This job will give you the QUALITY & PROCESS ANALYST opportunity to learn how gets managed. QUALITY & PROCESS ANALYST will closely cooperate with a director and his team and ensure that they will get the right data to manage their processes.

The work consists of:

- QUALITY & PROCESS ANALYST WILL Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly management reports and presentations
- QUALITY & PROCESS ANALYST will Maintain KPI Dashboards and collect KPI input.
- QUALITY & PROCESS ANALYST will Analyse data and draw conclusions, advise the director
- Continuously improve the quality of reports
- (Learn how to) make information reportable and presentable;
- (Learn about) Business Intelligence Solution
- QUALITY & PROCESS ANALYST will Align reporting with overall Manufacturing and reporting standards.

- HBO Bedrijfskundige or similar

QUALITY & PROCESS ANALYST should have
- Solid knowledge of office applications (Excel & Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in data analysis & Statistics
- Preferebaly experience with BI systems (SAP, Business Objects, Oracle)
- Process Analyst 1: 0-5 years relevant experience
- Process Analyst 2: 5-10 years relevant experience

- Working independent, being part of a team

QUALITY & PROCESSANALYST reports to the group leader TF PS Business Reporting.

- We have 2 positions available:
- The Process Analyst 1 will support Material Quality and Cleanroom Services within the TwinScan Factory.
- The Process Analyst 2 will support the EUV Factory.
- Offer candidates with a personal motivation.
