My client, a global retail bank, is looking to recruit an interim Resourcing Manager to work on in its Northampton based HR team.

The successful candidate will ensure people data is accurate and managed, manage compliance to local people policy and process and control the Change Management reporting, MI and People data presentations. A large part of the role will involve forecasting, MI, colleague engagement and people operations. There are also direct reports in this role so prior management experience would be useful.

The sort of skills to consider are:

- Accountancy qualification would be useful but not essential.

  • Advises and challenges finance planning and forecasting process with regard to advancing the core activities of the bank
  • Lead, create and drive the people plan in line pipeline with business requirements and commercial constraints for department - circa 1000 heads.
  • Accountable for end to end headcount and compliance processes to facilitate and deliver forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Creation and monitoring the workforce strategy for Change Management
  • Drives and Manages the definition of local workforce planning KPIs
  • Produce MI for Senior stakeholders in a creative and innovative way
  • Design and deliver and own the production of regular reporting in line with group standards. Frequently evaluate the purpose and plan for change to align with business strategy
  • Manage a team of analysts on and off shore responsible for data integrity.
  • Accountable for the end deliverables relating to Data Integrity changes/implementation.
  • Lead operational facilities plans including transformation as required.
  • Team management in line with HR process and policy
  • Coach manage and develop direct reports to produce effective colleague succession plans
