IT Project Leader
In contact with our internal clients, the architects, developers and the production team, the project leader will be responsible of the realization of the new solutions. Most of them are still in preparation phase and in a SAAS mode (developed and hosted by an external party).
He/She must ensure that:
- requirements will be fulfilled.
- solution will be viable (design, technology, ).
- planning, quality and process will be respected.
- the transition to the maintenance will be smooth and the SLA will be respected.
- all involved parties are respecting their duties.
CAF (design validation) and CISP (business case validation) committees preparation.
Elaboration phase: contract with SAAS external parties and specifications creation.
Realization phase: internal development (usually interfaces to export data to the SAAS environment) and tests.
Go for production and transition in maintenance mode.
Process and planning owner.
Budget and resources follow-up.
Main contact with the different actors of the project.
Education & Soft skills Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Committed and proactive.
- Able to work autonomously but also team player.
- Flexible and OK to travel abroad (Paris) approximately twice a month.
Experience: At least 5 years experience in IT Project Management.
IT Project Management (Process, Budget, Resources, Planning Management).
Preferable: Knowledge of Procurement is considered as an asset.
