Compliance Adviser - Collective Investment Schemes and client money - FSA - CASS - 12 months contract or permanent - Negotiable on salary.
One of the UK's largest providers of financial products with a fantastic heritage spanning many decades is looking for a Compliance Advisor to join a busy Head Office team.
* You will be responsible for providing guidance and support on regulatory issues in relation to CASS Sourcebook, ensuring Insurance and Financial Services products meet regulatory requirements.
* Support business operations regarding regulatory requirements supporting processes, procedures and controls in relation to Client Money and Assets and Pensions Regulations. Provide support on complex cases relating to pension regulation and scheme rules.
* Undertake Audits, training and developing teams improve best practice; investigate non-compliance issues and taking action where necessary.
* Previous experience of Collective Investment schemes, Unit Trusts, OEIC and Offshore Funds and client money (this is a must have)
* To be considered for this position you should have at least 2 years in a pension's organisation with CASS sourcebook understanding along with FSA Compliance experience.
* Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, FSA, The Pensions Regulator and technical pensions CASS Sourcebook, with proven experience of applying pension legislation and CASS rules.
You should be an excellent communicator able to deal with senior stakeholders and senior management, methodical, analytical with an ability to work independently.
