Description
Anteo Group has an immediate need for a Mobile User Experience consultant for a project in Midtown. This project will focus on the re-design of two, high-profile mobile applications. Our customer is currently using a home grown mobile application that needs to be re-worked in order to increase the efficiency of their field technicians, the primary users of the application. Given the current system is bulky and captures a ton of information, the field technicians tend to spend more time trying to get data into their smart devices and less time to sell additional business or serve clients better.
This role will report in to the Director of Mobility and the CIO. The chosen consultant will be expected to ride with the field technicians to see what their world is like, then be expected to design new screen and processes flows for our customer's overall mobile strategy. This is not a development position but more of a process consultant who can help with the update and improvement of their systems.
The chosen consultant will have a background and experience with redesigning mobile applications from a user perspective.
