Sr. Reporting Analyst for Digital Age Marketing Enterprise

The Sr. Reporting Analyst in this contract position is responsible for coding and implementation of report formats and processes into the reporting, insights, and optimization for multi-channel measurement systems. This role will code, review, implement, and document marketing campaign reporting. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong commitment to delivery experience, deep coding background in SQL and Excel, and will be proactive and work well in both team and individual situations. This person must have a strong marketing, marketing campaign, and marketing database background.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for report building, data preparation, data analysis, etc.
  • Perform data transformations, hygiene, and QA
  • Prepare written analysis and to present findings to internal and external clients
  • Project planning and development
  • Utilize coding standards/best practices
  • Work with other staff members to satisfy agency clients' database marketing needs
  • Gather reporting requirements from client and provide recommendations for best measuring success
  • Work with Marketing Mangers to understand campaign goals and objectives
  • Develop performance reporting that aligns with the campaign goals and objectives
  • Develop ROI reporting
  • Provide multi-channel contribution analysis
  • Data mining

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of statistics
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources including SQL Server, Access, flat data files, proprietary databases, web-based interfaces
  • Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of statistics

  • Strong client facing and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Database Marketing principles including measurement, testing, relational databases, and campaign workflow
  • Complete comfort with Microsoft Suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Overall ability to keep relevant parties informed
  • Professionalism in all client contact (phone, email, and in person)
  • Ability to work under pressure

This contract position is expected to be 6 months in duration.
