Description
Incident Support Analyst (Business Incident & Problem Support) needed for our blue chip Financial services client in Crawley. The right candidate must have previous Business Support experience, ideally within a large Printing Operation or similar corporate operational environments. You should have previous Incident and/or Problem Management Support experience combined with an awareness of ITIL. Please note, this is a Business Support Analyst role and not purely IT Incident Support.
You will be required to:
* To schedule and attend incident and problem related meetings to take notes and to record agreed actions
* To follow up on actions to make sure they are completed in a timely fashion to ensure that incidents are managed to resolution
* To help produce reports for stakeholders and input for communications regarding progress
* To provide the required support to help restore service as quickly as possible, minimising the adverse impact on operational production, and ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained.
* To adhere to incident management processes
In addition to relevant experience, you must have excellent communication skills, good problem solving skills and the ability to work well in high pressure environments. Flexible working patterns will be necessary at times.
