Communications Project Manager - Banking - Newport - Circa £320 per day

A leading retail bank requires a Communications Project Manager to work in Newport

For this position you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a number of work streams relating specifically to the development and delivery of all customer literature.

Deliverables for this role include:

  • Delivery of a new end to end suite of customer literature (from welcome packs to renewals, both pre-printed and system-generated materials)
  • Managing relevant changes to existing customer documentation
  • Work side-by-side with the Business Configuration Team
  • Work closely with the Print and Production manager within the customer documentation team
  • Liaise closely with the Retail Communications team to align plans
  • Participate fully in all project-related workshops

The skills and background required include:

  • Experience of end to end process of developing and delivering customer communications across system-generated and printed media
  • Proven track record of delivery in project management capacity
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical infrastructures, products, operational processes and systems.
  • Strong skills in preparing all project and technical requirements documentation to a high standard.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and to colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal reasoning skills with confidence to question and challenge key stakeholders.
  • Some understanding of the risk and regulatory environment in which the financial services industry operates and the impact this has on customer documentation
