Description

To perform various duties of the section for UK and Overseas Equity and Bond instruments.

Specific Duties:

* Collection and interpretation of data from custodians and third party vendors
* Completion of Fund Manager information for decisions
* Updating core record systems
* Instructions to custodians
* Monitor and clearance of assigned stock & cash reconciliation items.
* Work Parameters or Boundaries: -To perform role in accordance with internal procedures

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Specific Qualifications/Skills:
- At least 18 months directly relevant experience
- Must be PC literate, particularly in Excel.

Candidates with the Securities Institute's Investment Administration Qualifications will be preferred.

Level of Education:
- Passes in English and Mathematics (GCSE level minimum).
- Primary education requirement is to be "qualified by experience" (see above).

Previous Level of Experience:
- See above.

- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good problem solver.
- Demonstrably numerate and literate.

Disposition
- Motivation, team skills, ability to work under pressure, etc

Warrants Exercises
