My client, a retail bank, requires an experienced Interim Mortgage Collections/Arrears Analyst for a 6 month assignment in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements capture for customer mortgage arrears/collections
- Implementation of the arrears/collections workflows within a new loan management system
- Analyse/report current customer mortgage arrears/collections for senior stakeholders
Essential:
- Current and extensive experience of Mortgage Collections/Arrears
- Treating Customers Fairly
- Good stakeholder management skills
