Description
A graduate Salesforce.com Business Analyst/Systems Analyst with 2 to 3 years experience is required by a global semiconductor company with operations in more than 25 countries. The Salesforce.com Business Analyst/Systems Analyst will be based in The Netherlands on a contract basis.The Salesforce.com Business Analyst/Systems Analyst is to support the use of systems like Salesforce.com in order to strengthen the competitive position in the market through a continuously improved business fulfilment process.
. Providing operational support and consultancy to the users in the Account teams and Finance & Accounting departments.
. The Business Analyst is the liaison between the Information & Communication Technology department and occasionally interacting with Business Lines.
. Take the lead in the implementation of system enhancements.
Key Area of Responsibility:
. Process innovation and development (change management)
. Formulation of Business Requirements - determining the scope of the innovation & solution
. Evaluation and testing of system & process changes
. Implementing and communicating system & process changes
. Drive or support system/process related tasks/projects/initiatives.
. First line support to users of information systems like Salesforce.com, Model N, Apttus, Box.NET
. Training and education of the users in the Account teams,
Educational Requirements:
. Bachelor/University degree in Business administration, Information/Communication Technology or Logistics.
. Salesforce.com preferably certified administrator
Necessary experience:
. Experience sales process and information/communication technology is preferred
. Experience with Salesforce.com and Model N is preferred
. Experience with working in international/virtual teams
. Experience with system implementation projects
