Client: Shell Den Haag, the Netherlands
start: ASAP, 12 month contract + extensions
Title: Escalation team lead (Senior PM/Consultant) Shell experience Required!

Requirements include:
Taking responsibility for all aspects of complex IS projects, Preparing realistic project plans, Monitoring and controlling team performance against plans and reporting to management as required, Monitoring and controlling project factors against budgets and effect of different changes on projects, Leading the project team.

The Escalation team lead is responsible to:
- Lead a team of 3-4 escalation coordinators and own the escalation process.
- Help the escalation coordinators with the Shell organisation and processes and with decissions of escalation levels and resolution criterias
- responsible for the L1, L2 and L3 meetings.
- Managing the Project Issue Escalation process and the Systemic Project Issue process as coordinator of the process and as owner.
- Organizing and prepare the Project Issue Escalation meetings and the Systemic Project Issue meetings on Level 2, which include creation of the agenda ' s, capturing actions, updating the tools and follow up on the actions.
- Provide status information and reports to Project Issue initiator, Supplier parties, SOM organisation, IPPD and other parties involved on weekly basis.
- Identify if escalations are operational issues and reroute to the appropriate channel

Skill required:
- Good understanding of the Shell organisation and processes
- Good understanding of SharePoint/Excel tools
- Good understanding of the Shell Project Delivery Framework (PDF)
- Have a good understanding of the project and operational organization(s), service managers etc.. within Shell ITS
- Excellent oral and written communication
-Team worker and able to work with persons on different management levels
- Understand impact of project risks and issues on the business.
- Understand to work in a large company
- Shell Experience essential
