My Dublin based client currently requires 2 experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developers to join their existing team for an initial 3-6 month contract with a view to possible extension.

The successful candidate will possess 4+ years experience with commercial Oracle PL/SQL Development as well as possessing strong Oracle Forms and Reports.

Technical

  • Expert/Advanced
  • Oracle PLSQL/SQL
  • Oracle Forms
  • Oracle Reports
  • Unix Shell Scripting. (desirable)
  • Oracle Database (8i, 9i, 10g, 11g)

Non-Technical

  • Strong Analysis Skills (particularly Legacy Code Analysis)
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Good Innovator WRT finding new more efficient ways to implement.
  • Strong sense of ownership WRT to both assigned tasks and the overall objective
  • Flexibility WRT supporting the business (eg releases)
  • Good Team Player.
  • Willing to share and pass on knowledge and experience where sought.
