- Install, test and operate basic operating system software
- POS Register and POS Printer component level repair
- Laptop, desktop component level repair
- Basic Printer and Basic Laser (non MFP) component level repair
- Scripted image, patches, and anti-virus loads
- Basic software configuration and system backups
- Smart Hands, executes defined OEM instructions
- High End MFP Printer replacement and scripted configuration
- Wireless access whole unit replacement
- Basic cable troubleshooting
- Smart Hands, executes defined networking instructions
- Scripted IMAC and IMACD
- Scanner/Scale calibrations
- Ability to handle warranty certification calls
CERTIFICATIONS
- A+
- Multiple OEM Hardware Certifications (CCNA, HP, etc.)
