Currently we are seeking a Technician to provide deskside support (including printers) in the DuPage County area for our client in the medical field with 44 offices in the Downers Grove/Wheaton/Naperville, IL area.
OVERVIEW:
- Position involves support of standard software programs as well as medical applications
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups
- Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- May require an associate's degree or its equivalent
- Requires at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Printer experience required
- A+ certification with experience in field dispatch, Dell and HP desktops/laptops required
- Network experience a plus
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast passed environment with high degree of technical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
