Description
As a Developer/Sr Developer, he/she is expected to design Order management solution using OSM package software. Ability to understand the high level design - covert the design into development specifications. Also be able to modify the design suitably.
Looking for a candidate with 2-8 years of experience.
Base location: Korea - Seoul - Bundang
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Technical Skills:
- Expert in understanding on Order Management needs, fitment and should be able to configure the OSM package across all modules
- Should be able to understand and develop OSM7 components like Functions, Workflows, XQuery, Java Plugins etc
- Must have used the OSM Design Studio
- Good domain knowledge & understanding of interfacing capabilities of OSM 7.0
- The candidate must have a good understanding of the OSM7 data model
- Primary Skills: Of the below the candidate must one of the two as a primary skill and the other as a secondary skill.
- Programming in Java/J2EE, JMS, Web Services, XML/XSLT
- Programming skills in PL/SQL and basic working knowledge of Oracle DB
- Must be able to estimate the development effort and size of work for new enhancements in the project
- Candidate needs to have prior experience on OSM7 or at least in OSM6.3 and should have a view on how the deployment of the package is done
- Must understand how to Unit Test all the components developed and should have experience in doing the same
- Must have experience in documenting Unit Test Cases and results
- Should provide support to other teams integrating with the OSM solution to clarify interface issues involving the OSM7 solution
- Ensure traceability between IT requirements to design and manage requirement changes during the design and development life cycle
- Handle any design queries, solution issues during the life cycle of the development
Must:
- Experience in OSM7 or OSM6.3
- Be able to come up with effort estimate for development of a new feature in OSM7
- Be able to cross question on the efforts and sizing provided for a given solution.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills written and oral either Korean or English
- Self starter, completer, flexible and pragmatic
- Chair meetings with key Business and technical stakeholders at various levels
- Stakeholder management - Should be able to work with partners and customer stakeholders and internal stakeholders to gather deeper understanding of requirements and design decisions
- Flexibility in understanding client priorities and adjusting to meet committed deadlines
