This is a contract position for Field Support in San Diego.

OVERVIEW:

  • Deskside software support
  • High end printer and multi-function Laser component level repair
  • Server component level hardware repair and software restore
  • Network device replacement/configuration
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Smart Hands, executes defined networking instructions
  • Scanner/scale calibrations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to handle warranty certification calls
  • Network OS basic skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Verbal and written client-level communications
  • Skills to lead a team of resources
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass background and drug check, as required
