I am looking for a few candidates who are regulatory reporting SME`s within a financial services environment.
Key Accountabilities
Provide Regulatory Reporting subject matter expertise to the Business Readiness workstream of the Central Finance CoRep project, including input into target operating model, supporting design of Business Rehearsals and preparation of the Business community to participate in those Rehearsals.
Provide ad-hoc subject matter expertise as required to the COREP programme.
Essential
Educated to at least degree level, qualified accountant with good technical skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience leading parallel run or business rehearsal activities (ideally involving 50+ individuals).
Good awareness of current regulatory issues facing banks (and European banks in particular).
FSA prudential regulatory reporting experience (as opposed to liquidity/compliance although these will also be valuable).
Understanding of Standardised and IRB rules and reporting.
Experience working on or with change projects in a large organisation.
