Resource Manager - PMO - Retail Banking - Operations - London
Resource Manager urgently needed to support the PMO within a large Operations programme in a leading Retail Bank.
The successful candidate will be expected to use the correct resourcing processes and funding to support the programme's growth, oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and be the first port of call for any resourcing issues.
The client is looking for the following skills within a CV:
- Experience of recruitment and funding approval.
- The ability to own and lead the task at hand.
- Proficiency in recognising the resourcing needs within the team.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Word
- Retail Banking or Financial Services experience required.
