Essential skills:
- Application support (3-5+ year's exp)
- SAP implementation (3-5+ year's exp)
- BS in Computer Science or related degree
- SAP Abap development and SAP Basis Support
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong organizational skills to structure and control complex projects
Beneficial skills:
- SAP functional areas: HR,FI,ESS,SRM,PS, E-Recruit
- Exposure to Financial and HR processes
The role:
This will be a challenging and fulfilling role with potential to develop a range of skills. The focus of this role is application support and maintenance to assisting in deploying enhancements and rollouts for business teams. The role will be offered as a 6 month contract with a view to permanency. The role will be based full time at our clients offices in north Mayo.
Responsibilities Include:
- Primarily responsible for support to a suite of enterprise applications (currently SAP and other web based applications)
- Configuring the application solution to meet business requirements
- SAP User and Security Administration; Ensure best practise security and change controls are in place and are operated to meet all Legal, SOX and Audit requirements.
- Assist with the management of all new SAP technical developments ensuring that all changes comply with best practice and meet end user requirements
- SAP Abap development and debugging
- SAP Query development
