Ihre Aufgaben:
- Main mission: Description: Quality engineer / technician
- Main characteristic required for this mission:
- Leads the development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures and gauges, including writing the specifications and approval process of the fixtures
- Strong experience in CMM Measurement and CAD Data handling
- Activities for APQP process in development programs for interior trim parts as instrument panel, center console and door panel
- Ensure a successful program handling over to the plant
- Stand in front to be a good example in the structured way of working, documentation and the 5S approach
- Controls and coordinates the Program Quality Network which consists of the following Program Team members and associated functions :
- Measurement & Testing Laboratory
- Creates and maintains regular communication (e.g. in standard meetings) with the above mentioned Program Qualiy Network functions.
- Monitors the activities through the defined quality tools (e.g. QMP, IS-List, DVP/PVP, Gauge Status, Control Plan, etc.).
Ihre Qualifikation
- Technical background, experience with APQP process in automotive industries, customer contact Daimler experience with FMEA tools, auditor skills, Daimler Internet supplier portal
