Rate: £330 per day
Outsource UK Ltd are actively seeking to recruit for a highly skilled Compliance Analyst individual to support changes being made to the current Training and Competency Scheme.
The role:
- Support Member Service in the Implementation of the Improving Customer Complaints experience project.
- The successful compliance analyst will be involved in working with the business on a day-to-day bases reviewing practice and documenting any changes required in order to ensure a successful implementation.
Knowledge:
- The individuals will from a Complaint Environment
- FSA knowledge and understanding of compliance to Training Programme Design and Documentation
