Description
- More than 10 years experience in electrical engineering preferably within a petrochemical or chemical manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years as Senior Engineer on large projects supervising engineers and designers of mixed experience and capabilities.
Competency in the design and specification of 33kV/11kV/3.3kV transformer and distribution equipment and protections studies will also be required.
Must be motivated and self-sufficient together with ability to work with minimal supervision and capable of identifying and producing project design deliverables to schedule with familiarity of the interpretation of appropriate national & international industry standards.
-Desired Experience
- As above plus specific experience involving the following - oil and gas or chemical industry projects, HV/LV switchgear specification, UPS specification, use of Variable Speed Drives, writing installation scopes of work, handling technical queries from installation contractor.
-Experience in specification of industrial user grid power connections would also be of benefit.
-Experience in portfolio project work, preferably in oil and gas sector.
