Claim Management Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager required to work as part of a team that leads and embeds a Claims Management Company Strategy.

Responsible for the line management of 3 Claims Management Analysts and will be accountable for the key processes they execute. You will be manage the offshore elements of any of the Claims Management Company interventions and identify and progress in detail the root cause analysis to understand Claims Management Company inbound call/query drivers. From this root cause analysis you will then be involved in the creation of business improvement opportunities to support the reduction of Claims Management Company contact into the operations.

The Claim Management Relationship Manager will also act as the team representative for the PPI change delivery programme to identify and impact assess any business changes that may impact the Claims Management Company.

As the Claim Management Relationship Manager you will also be required to offer support to the Head of Claims Management as key part of the leadership team.
