Project Support administrator required with our client in Montrose, a world leading Oil and Gas Company.

To provide a proficient and effective co-ordination, administrative support to the Customer Account and execution team. Assisting project Manager with all aspects related to customer delivery and requirements. Proficient contract administration assisting the Business Team to adhere to the contract. Manage communications, ensuring Project Manager/Management
are aware of clarifications, qualifications or exceptions.

Responsibilities
Proficient contract administration assisting the Business Team to adhere to the contract. Manage communications, ensuring Project Manager/Management are aware of clarifications, qualifications or exceptions.
Proficient control of Internal customer orders in line with costs to create effective cost management to secure or improve margins
Ensure that accurate quotes for repairs are created and new equipment for the Customer account where necessary.
Accurate management of Sales Orders and operation of the Sales Order system.
Proficient management of internal and external shipments as required by the Customer/Business Team
Accurate, timely reporting as required by the customer/Business Team

Essential:
Experienced project support administrator
Preferably HNC educated (or equivalent), Senior secretarial experience
Knowledge of Subsea Production, Surface and Capital Drilling equipment an advantage but not essential.
