Accuro is looking for an e xperienced team lead & project manager with solid SAP background.
You have several years of project management experience working with medium to large size SAP projects. Preferably, also several years of hands on experience in for instance SD, MM and/or FI/CO. He/she is used to work in an international and diverse environment with strong presentation and communication skills. He/she will be leading a team of functional SAP professionals and responsible for driving the daily deliverables to our internal customer, a leading global logistics service provider and freight forwardinger. He/she will be responsible for delivery of change requests and projects on our global SAP template which is live in more than 100 countries, hence there will be a high degree of project management skills required. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for the daily account management in order to provide satisfactory service delivery to our customer.
The ideal candidate would have more than 5 years of leading SAP teams and/or SAP project management on larger SAP projects/implementations or from similar internal position in a large international company having several years of hands on experience in one or more SAP modules
Key Deliverables:
- Account management towards our internal customer. This will cover, but not limited to daily/weekly interaction with Business Process Owners (BPOs), IT and other relevant stakeholders from the business, status/coordination meetings with your counterparty from the business, escalation point and single point of contact, pipeline, cost and resource management
- Daily management of SAP professionals to ensure on-time, quality and within budget delivery of SAP services towards the customer. This includes general resource management (cost/time approvals, pipeline and forecast, resource allocation, delegation of work/tasks etc.)
- Daily internal interaction/collaboration with other teams (development, QA, support, infrastructure etc.)
- Project management of ongoing and new projects
- Cost/budget and Time management
- Reporting/escalation to internal management
Must have/mandatory skills:
More than 5 years of team leading and/or (SAP) project management experience with at least 2 completed full project life cycles
Several years of hands on experience in for instance SAP SD, MM and/or FI/CO with at least 2 completed full project life cycles
The ability to interact/communicate professionally as well as diplomatically
Good presentation/communication skills
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
It would be an advantage if the candidate have:
Experience with integration design/projects is a definitive advantage
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EhP 4
Sound knowledge and understanding in logistics and transportation industry is an advantage
Working structured and organized
Years of specific Experience with reference to Mandatory skills: 4-8+ years
