Job title: 1x NSN GSM RF Consultant/1 x NSN 3G RF Consultant (Chinese speaking)
Location: Shanghai
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months extendable
Languages required: Fluent Chinese and spoken/written English
Rate: very good pay
Nationality: Doesn't matter so long as Chinese speaking.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Client to provide:
Salary only in home base of Shanghai.

Job Description:
Consultant: NSN2G/NSN 3G, the NSN worked for at least 4 years, familiar with NSN product and software version, with documentation development experience and some training experience, customers. Can speak fluent Chinese, spoken English and writing ability.
Study, summary industry best practice in multi-vendor NETWORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT delivery
Identify gaps of Huawei existing NETWORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT capability;
Develop related document and guide for multi-vendor NETWORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT project delivery
Knowledge sharing with Huawei engineers for multi-vendor project delivery;
Audit and practice all the multi-vendor related document and guide in Huawei pilot project;
