The job holder will support the Supply Chain team with all administration aspects.
Detailed Description
- Job holder's work will include, but is not restricted to;
- Pro-active interface and involvement with the team and assistance in project management information requests or day-to-day information requests as they arise.
- Ensure adequate records are kept of all activities, according to Company policies and procedures.
- Auditing of electronic filing systems to ensure adequate records are maintained and updates made where required
- Prepare for and attend meetings, write minutes and distribute to attendees/interested parties,
- Setup of new filing system, migration and archiving of filing from satellite offices,
- Supplier management through notification letters and general Contracts administration,
- General administration and office support
Skills and Experience
- Experience of international Oil and Gas industry
- Good administration experience
- Experienced in multi-discipline interaction and co-ordination
- Excellent written and spoken English
