The job holder will support the Supply Chain team with all administration aspects.

Detailed Description

  • Job holder's work will include, but is not restricted to;
  • Pro-active interface and involvement with the team and assistance in project management information requests or day-to-day information requests as they arise.
  • Ensure adequate records are kept of all activities, according to Company policies and procedures.
  • Auditing of electronic filing systems to ensure adequate records are maintained and updates made where required
  • Prepare for and attend meetings, write minutes and distribute to attendees/interested parties,
  • Setup of new filing system, migration and archiving of filing from satellite offices,
  • Supplier management through notification letters and general Contracts administration,
  • General administration and office support

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of international Oil and Gas industry
  • Good administration experience
  • Experienced in multi-discipline interaction and co-ordination
  • Excellent written and spoken English
