Facilities Coordinator is required to join a major Digital Agency based in London for an initial 3 month contract. You will be responsible for maintaining the structure, fabric and services of the premises in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety ensuring that the building is statutory compliant. This is an operational role defined to co-ordinate the delivery of all services ensuring the highest standards of accommodation and service provision. The primary focus of the role will be to lead the provision of a premises and services management service for the whole of a specified building group, including service delivery management and customer account role. This will include offices, technical areas, workshops, storage, external areas and garaging.

Customer Liaison

  • Act as a point of contact for individual customers, including regular customer visits.

Services

  • Work with Service Partners to conduct ongoing performance management across all services and take remedial action where necessary.
  • Maintain and enhance working relationships with Service Partners.
  • Provide effective support for building services across our European portfolio.

Health & Safety

  • Maintain a good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
  • Undertake regular Health & Safety Inspections and Housekeeping Tours.
  • Maintain a safe working environment within the areas of the company's responsibility.
  • Complete DSE assessments for all employees and dealing with actions accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with the Safety Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and provision of relevant documentation.
  • Participation in incident management.

Skills/Experience

  • Relevant experience within a Creative/Agency environment with an emphasis on Facilities Management.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation associated Acts and Regulations.
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Diplomacy.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Good standard of IT skills covering the basic Windows packages.

Essential

  • IOSH Certificate or higher Health and Safety qualification.
