This Leading Australian Financial Services Company is seeking a Senior Training Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 month contract with possible extensions based in North Sydney.If successful you will be
Working across multiple streams, engaging and liaising with key stakeholders.
Conducting and analysing the training needs analysis for BAU, transition and the project team and formulating and action plan to implement training.To be considered for this role you will have:
Previous experience as a training Analyst, outstanding communication and presentation skills.
4+ years experience in training and technical writing documentation
Exposure to large scale transition projects ideally with Financial Advisers is desirable.
Sound communications and collaboration skills.
Ability to work within challenging business environments.
Ability to hit the ground running.
Previous experience working on large scale projects.
