Description
SAP CO, SAP CO-PA, SAP Mining
Natural Resources is a company of SAP consultants and agents specialised in the Oil & Gas Industry globally. We are engaged on a number of projects worldwide from the development of IT infrastructure at green field assets to the harmonisation of country systems into global ERP networks, with all the associated benefits. Within the ERP arena we have a leading position within the SAP market including the up and downstream IS-Oil products, and SAP Chanel Partners Asia.
We are looking for an experienced SAP CO-PA consultant to take the role of trusted partner to the project. The scope of tasks will include the following requirements:
Experience of industries that work according to a deconstruction process. That is, starting with a base product and breaking it down further-and-further into additional products. Relevant industries would include mining (including a refining process), oil & gas, or chemical refining;
CO-PA/PA experience designing structures and profit centers to get at the related product level data. That includes multi-faceted views of revenues and costs across multiple products and various geographic boundaries (in terms of where final production occurs and where source material has originated), as well as distribution of products from multiple sources from a single warehouse location.
How to optimally set up plant and related locations segmentation for each of production flow and distribution
Experience with alternate costing methodologies. Standard: for use at distinct intervals during the month to facilitate pushing product through the system, ultimately requiring reconciliation and updating to actual costs; Activity based: for accumulating total actual costs (including labour allocations to work orders) within a production plant environment and ultimately attaching to final products coming out of various stages in the production process; Project: high volume environment for operating and capital projects.
Natural Resources is acting as a employment business and the contract is completion of an Opt-out notice.
