Description
SharePoint Business Analyst with excellent Functional Design experienced required by a consultancy for a project based in the Netherlands.
I'm looking to speak with SharePoint Business Analysts/Functional Designers with at least 2 or 3 SharePoint projects on their profile. You will not get involved in the technology but you know enough to have discussions about functionality with business users.
Experience and Qualifications required
Technical
- Functional Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 (preferred) or 2007 is required
- Experience of shaping or leading a business change programme for a comparably sized business team (1000 people)
- Experience of implementing business change and embedding new processes and technology - this is a hands on role
- Experience in communications planning for a project spanning a global business

Project information:
To provide an intuitive repository for the storage of electronic legal documents beyond the end of 2012.
Tasks:
This consists of the following more detailed objectives;
1. Provide a document repository service, using standard and supported Group IT components, and integrated with the Group Records Management repository, to meet the business requirements of Legal Services.
2. Migrate existing content into the new service.
3. Provide intuitive tools to enable filing and retrieval of information within the document repository that align with the Legal syndicates ways of working, notably providing access direct from Outlook.
4. Provide tools to enable documents to be made available within the context of Legal know-how.
5. Provide a graded approach to training including train-the-trainer and a standard training course.
6. Decommission the existing document management service.
