Ensure realization of adequate worldwide service material availability by correct processing and implementation of approved ECRs

Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Planning: Plan worldwide inventory of service parts/tools based on input of approved ECRs.
Modifications:
Checking on GSL customer logistics aspects concerning service material changes and End-of-Life changes.
Plan and implement approved ECRs in order to ensure availability and cost effective transfer to the new service materials.
Inventory Control:
Control inventory levels of worldwide obsolete service materials.
Advise on required actions to improve inventory levels.
Advise on End of Life requirements with respect to all customer support and logistical aspects.
Monitoring: Monitor worldwide material status, communicate relevant issue's and take actions when needed.
SAP:
Maintain the material master settings and maintain the worldwide material and planning statuses. Support integrity and quality of SAP.
Communication and Reporting:
Ensure proper reporting in order to monitor the inventory levels and other key figures.
Ensure adequate information exchange between demand and supply.
Initiate corrective and preventive actions.
Answer questions of other departments and attend relevant meetings upon request.
Other: Initiate scrap and rework actions.
HBO Logistics educational level or equivalent job experience.
Experience2 years experience with SAP/MRP planning
Know how and experience with logistics
Affinity with MS Office (Word + Excel + outlook)
Good communication and social skills
Analytical capabilities
