Customer Strategy Manager - Berkshire - 3 months rolling contract

My client, a large Blue Chip organisation are seeking a Customer Strategy Manager to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is an initial 3 month contract which is likely to last up to 9 months.

They are seeking someone with a background in Marketing or Communications, who can review the organisation from a customer's perspective to help create customer journeys.

The role is required to:
- Create all customer strategy concept briefs for communication to the support and commercial events functions for all new initiatives
- Create high level customer journeys and bring them to life as part of concept briefs for all Marketing initiatives
- Support the commercial and support teams in advising on high level experience to align with customer experience principles
- To work with the 'How' teams to ensure that a balance between customer experience, commercial and operational effectiveness is agreed where necessary
- Collate and document the Customer Strategy concept briefs.

Responsibilities:
- From insight and customer experience principles, collate, document, communicate and gain feedback on the Customer Strategy concept briefs including high level end to end customer journey and requirements.
- To support the production of Customer Strategy, high level Customer Policy and Customer journeys
- Bring to life with examples the concept briefs for all Marketing initiatives and ensure understanding from commercial and support teams
- To support presentation development for the major customer strategy impacting issues
- To identify, participate and influence the major impacting customer experience journeys from customer and internal insights
- Support governance of delivery of customer experience
- Assist in management of Customer Strategy programs to inspire and engage both employees as well as our external agencies.
- Provide support for key stakeholders across the business on customer experience, including the creation of any Customer Strategy supporting documentation required.
