Filing Clerk - Financial Services - Contract - £6-8 per hour - City of london

Hudson IT & Banking are seeking a Filing Clerk to join a leading financial services client on a 3 month contract.

Responsibilities

*Sorting and filing material into various filing systems
*Creating new files; locating and extracting files
*Ensuring filing is actively archived and meets clients documentation retention policy.
*To assist with the scanning and preparation of scan sheets for private client, charity and institutional document files for uploading into system.
*Shredding and photocopying as requested

Applicants should have relevant experience gained within a professional services firm and be hard-working, self-motivated and have the ability to organise your own workload. You will need to display a flexible and professional approach and have the confident to communicate effectively at all levels of the business. Basic IT skills including email are also essential (Excel/Word).
