Server Support Specialist AIX/UNIX

As a Server Support Specialist AIX/UNIX you are responsible for managing the application-infrastructure. From the client monitor and assess the applications for the chosen architecture from a management perspective, here is adequate change management a must. You have thorough knowledge of Operating System (AIX, Wintel and OS/400), the DBMS (Oracle/MS SQL) the Middleware (WebSphere MQ, Biztalk) and the wide range of custom applications. until you area of responsibility to hear. Maintain management manuals. Detecting causes of incidents and to solve them. Evaluate/implement changes and preparation of impact analyzes. Drawing/testing acceptance criteria for the management take applications. Responsible for applying expert analysis to provide support for problem and change tickets for client support operations. Incumbent assesses situation to determine problem facing the client. Problems are not routine or standardized and the creation of documentation explaining the solution to the problem is required. Responsible for implementing changes to the client's environment. Incumbents are also responsible for mentoring and training other members in the primary pool. Perform Level III work as assigned by dispatch for complex incidents and changes. Ensure knowledge and the associated documentation is transferred to other team members to enable them to perform service delivery
