A Complaint handling analyst is required to join of the UK's leading building societies.

Main Duties include:
To support changes being made to the current training and competency scheme. Being involved in working with the business on a day-to-day basis reviewing current practices and documenting any changes required in order to ensure a successful implementation of the customer complaints experience project.

Skills and experience required:
- Complaint environment
- FSA knowledge and understanding of compliance training programme design and documentation.
- Competency programme design and documentation
- Experience of designing and document visual aids for business users.
- Business process design and re-engineering
- Business readiness
- Implementation of training and competency schemes
- CareSmart/TracSmart (desirable)
