Ihre Aufgaben:
- Implementation and Development of European HEOR strategy for products/indications under their responsibility
- Conduct and report and design economic models, necessary health outcomes studies, epidemiological studies and reimbursement surveys
- Incorporate the HEOR Value Proposition into commercial operations and clinical development plans
- Validation and development of end points. Responsibility for inclusion of patient-reported outcomes studies into dossiers and labels
- Liaison with HEOR experts, CROs, speakers and opinion leaders
- Ensure publication and communication of study results in scientific journals and conferences, as part of the product communication strategy
- Develop and execute pricing studies
- Monitor NOAC market, competitors and prices, and legislation of health authorities and other payer customers to establish winning pricing strategies and tactics
- European Hypertension pricing strategy
- Support for reimbursement managers or negotiators to optimize contracts.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Profound industry experience in the management of international HEOR Research, Pricing and Reimbursement
- Project management skills
- Experienced in development, registration, pre-launch and launch of a product
- Strong negotiation, and communication as well as presentation skills
- Effective and hands-on in communication and networking with opinion leaders and decision-makers for the use of drugs
- Fluency in English and another European language highly desirable
- Experience in the therapeutic area of hypertension / antithrombotics is desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally
