IT Infrastructure Service Manager - Application Hosting
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of steady state infrastructure and hosting services according to agreed service levels
- Identify and recommend improvement initiatives to increase infrastructure and hosting services performance
Main tasks
- Evaluate identified Security risks and ensure these are managed including implementation of mitigation actions
- Ensure server access controls and licenses are managed efficiently by service provider
- Manage outsourced provider for Servers, and storage services according to established service levels
- Interact with external providers in operational planning
- Manage efficient release management, both related to new services and changes to existing
- Capacity planning and management within responsibility area
- Interact closely with Change Management on identifying, planning and implementing changes to steady state services
- Incident and Problem Management handling according to defined procedures
- Manage that IT services and solutions are delivered with the right quality and cost

Reporting
- This position reports to the acting Head of Infrastructure Management & Application Hosting within Service Delivery
- Degree in IT or compensating long relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and Service Management
- IT Background and good technical competence and experience in Hosting and Storage including SAP
- IT Security and Access Management (CISM
- Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sharepoint (advantage but not essential)
- Other: ITIL Foundation Certified, good communication and presentation skills
